Allie Sloan
Nutritional Coach
Allie has over 5 years now of sports nutrition under her belt. She has always been fascinated with how the human body takes food and turns it into energy or optimizes it for recovery. Her family spends a lot of their spare time on courts and fields. It was at Junior Volleyball Nationals she decided to specialize in youth sports. Knowing that a young body needed nutrients to maintain a healthy growth pattern, it needed even more to compete and the average child was lacking.
When not coming up with nutritional plans, you can find Allie running around her hometown or in a local race. Allie's personal sport of choice is endurance racing. Her first year of racing she trained from 5k to ultra marathon in one calendar year.
